Meet Your Coach β Hema
Hema is a REPs Level 3 Certified Trainer and Certified Calisthenics Coach with over 6+ years of experience training clients both online and offline. She is the first female National Calisthenics Champion in India, specializing in strength development, athletic performance, and sustainable fitness using bodyweight training.
