Unlike traditional gyms that focus heavily on machines or quick transformations, CALI56 emphasizes bodyweight strength, mobility, skill development, and sustainable progress. Our approach is structured, progression-based, and focused on long-term results rather than short-term fixes.
Our weekend group sessions run for one hour and include structured strength work, conditioning, and flexibility training. Each session is designed to suit mixed fitness levels, with clear progressions and guidance to ensure safe and effective training in a supportive community setting.
The program includes: A detailed initial consultation A personalised training plan Weekly progress calls Direct WhatsApp support for accountability Practical nutrition guidance Program adjustments based on your schedule and recovery It’s designed to be flexible, realistic, and aligned with your lifestyle.
Consistency matters more than intensity. Most members train 3–5 times per week depending on their schedule and goals. We help you find a routine that fits your lifestyle so you can maintain progress long-term.
